Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Our law office is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our team of legal assistants and paralegals. The successful candidate will need excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as familiarity with current accounting software. HR and bookkeeping experience a must. IT, marketing, and/or legal experience a plus.


  • Overall office management, including coordinating staff, managing office administration, and developing efficient work strategies.
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies and ensuring Employment Standards compliance.
  • General bookkeeping, including managing general and lawyer trust accounts, monthly reconciliations, and preparing regular reports.
